5.1 Deposits. jillss accepts deposits via GCash, Maya (formerly PayMaya), BPI, BDO, UnionBank, Metrobank, 7-Eleven Cliqq, Coins.ph, and USDT TRC20. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100 for GCash and Maya transactions. Minimum deposit amounts for other channels are stated in the Cashier section of the Platform. Deposit limits may vary by payment method and account tier.

Deposits are credited to your jillss account balance upon confirmed receipt from your payment provider. jillss is not responsible for delays arising from your payment provider's processing times, network outages, or bank maintenance windows.

All deposits must be funded from a payment account in your own name. jillss does not accept third-party deposits. If a deposit is received from a payment account not matching your verified identity, the deposit may be reversed and your account suspended pending investigation.

5.2 Withdrawals. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200 across all supported withdrawal channels. Withdrawal requests are subject to the following processing timeframes under normal operating conditions:

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the jillss Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and reporting to relevant regulatory or law enforcement authorities:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform, place bets, or otherwise exploit any game or feature;

• Engaging in any form of chargebacks or payment disputes in bad faith after using deposited funds for gambling activity;

Nothing in these Terms shall operate to limit or exclude jillss's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, fraud, or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other matter for which it would be unlawful under applicable Philippine law to limit or exclude liability.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. jillss makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the Platform's fitness for a particular purpose, uninterrupted availability, or freedom from errors or defects, to the extent permitted by law.

jillss reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Where jillss reasonably suspects a breach of any provision of these Terms;
• Where jillss is required to do so by any applicable law, regulatory requirement, or PAGCOR directive;
• Where jillss suspects fraudulent activity, money laundering, or any other financial crime in connection with the account;

If a dispute cannot be resolved through direct negotiation, it shall be submitted to the appropriate regulatory authority or court of competent jurisdiction in the Philippines. Where the dispute relates to a regulatory matter within PAGCOR's purview, the dispute may be escalated to PAGCOR in accordance with its published complaint procedures.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be severed from the remaining Terms, which shall continue in full force and effect.

The failure of jillss to enforce any provision of these Terms on any occasion shall not be construed as a waiver of jillss's rights to enforce that provision at any subsequent time.
